Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our catalogue, and click the 'Add to Basket' button alongside any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished choosing, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order.
Payment
Your credit card will be charged when we ship your order. If any items are out of stock we will back order these for you, and charge you when they are shipped. Currency All charges are made in GBP. The prices in US Dollars are shown as a guide only. If you are shopping from North America or elsewhere, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Tax Charges
UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate except on those goods that are zero rated or exempt from VAT charges (e.g. books) is payable on all purchases . Overseas customers do not pay UK sales tax (VAT) unless they reside in a European community, E. C. country. I.E. Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Eire, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Greece. EC businesses registered for vat are exempt from paying vat providing they can provide their vat registration number (with country code). Proof of identity will also be required.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order on the day we receive it or the following business day. Depending on location and delivery method, international orders are generally received in under 14 days (Most are delivered within 7 days of order placement). UK orders should arrive within 3 days.
